This game provides children with practice in reading the sight words: put, on, your.

It is suggested for use as a small group follow up activity to the interactive digital resource Let’s play interactive reading Going out to play – a beginning reader.

It also assists children in learning to recognise  clothing words by providing a Clothing words chart for reference.

Children take turns to spin the spinner. They read and follow the instructions, checking with the Clothing words chart if necessary.

The first to dress the child ready for play is the winner.
